Troubleshooting the cyScape Update Service

 

If you suspect that the cyScape Update Service is not operating as expected, check the Application event log for detailed error or informational messages.

 

Note that in the event that BrowserHawk cannot communicate with the cyScape server, or there is a file transfer failure, BrowserHawk will automatically schedule another attempt in 4 hours from the time it encounters the problem.
