Renaming a property

To rename a property, follow these steps:

1. Select the property that you wish to rename by single clicking on it in the Properties Window Pane.

2. Perform one of the following actions:

On the Properties menu, click Rename
right-click on the property you wish to remove in the Properties Window Pane and choose Rename from the popup menu.

Enter the new name for the property. This property name must be unique. Press Enter to accept the new name, or Escape to cancel.

Note: When renaming a property, any filters defined for that property are automatically updated to match the new property name.
