To remove a browser or folder from your BDF, follow these steps:
1. Highlight the browser in the Folder/Browser Window Pane that you wish to remove.
2. Perform one of the following actions:
On the Browsers menu, click Delete
Press CTRL-D
right-click on the folder or browser that you wish to modify the description for, and choose Delete from the popup menu.
Note: A browser or folder cannot be removed if it has any child browsers or folders. If this is the case, the Delete menu item will be disabled.
Tip: After deleting browsers and folders you should proceed to compact your BDF after saving it, as these objects are not permanently removed until after the BDF is compacted.
